Authorities in Bahrain are taking more initiative to help the youth in Bahrain, especially those in tough to reach areas. The focus? To help youth prepare to enter the work force by giving them opportunities to enhance their skills, develop news ones, and volunteer. The youngsters will receive training in a variety of areas, including arts, sciences, media, leadership, organizational skills, public relations, and first aid.
Another special aspect of the training this year will be to help the youth learn how to organize country events and promote civic engagement.
The project is being led by the General Organization for Youth and Sports (GOYS) with the assistance of local youth clubs.
